Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a cast-iron pan or fire up the braai.
- Place the whole coil of boerewors in the pan or onto the grill.
- Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Avoid piercing the wors — this keeps the juices inside.
- Once cooked through and browned, remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut into four equal lengths. (full length of bun)
