- Mix marinade: chutney, vinegar, curry powder, sugar, turmeric, oil.
- Layer lamb and onion in dish; pour marinade over.
- Marinate overnight.
- Thread lamb, onion, and dried apricots onto skewers.
- Braai or grill 10–12 min, turning and basting frequently.
Notes
Serve with yellow rice↗ or pap ↗and a crisp salad.
